- The student must submit all required documents within the specified admission deadlines, as follows:
- Original certified high school certificate or its equivalent, along with a copy.
- A copy of the national or family ID card for Yemeni students.
- Copies of the first eight pages of the passport (for non-Yemeni students).
- Ten (10) personal photos (4×6) with a white background.
- The applicant must have obtained a high school diploma or its equivalent, meeting the required minimum grade.
- Complete the university admission application form and its affiliated colleges.
- The student must meet the specified admission and coordination requirements.
- The applicant must pass the entrance and qualification exams successfully.
- Pay the required fees for each faculty, department, and major.
- Commit to adhering to all regulations, rules, and instructions in force at the university.
- The student must have studied the subjects in high school that qualify them for admission to the desired department.
- A student cannot enroll in more than one regular program at different faculties or departments of the university simultaneously.
- A student cannot be admitted if they have been previously expelled from the university or any other institution due to ethical misconduct or cheating.
- The university retains all original documents of the student during the admission and study period in a special archive.
- The archive officer or a member of the admission committee will receive the student’s file and issue a receipt for the submitted documents.
- The university council determines the regulations and procedures for admitting non-Yemeni students annually, in compliance with higher education regulations and the laws of the Republic of Yemen.
- Documents issued outside the Republic of Yemen must be authenticated by the relevant authorities in Yemen and the issuing country and be evaluated by the competent committee.
- **Transferred Students from Other Universities:**
- The student must provide an official transcript of the courses they have completed.
- The syllabi of the courses they have studied.
